Management Trainee Officer – Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Simple sales plan and implementation for sales market

   

• Monitoring order bookers and being on the sales targets committee.

   

• Finding and highlighting marketing opportunities in stores

   

• Creating appropriate design for each product (SKU)

   

• Training order bookers to ensure all items are available.

   

• Ensuring proper merchandising of products on shelves, racks and counters
• Market analysis and order booker performance

   

• Finding new opportunities in the market and exploring growth opportunities

   

• Market trends, competition and candidate preferences

   

• Resolving customer complaints and resolving issues quickly

• Education: BBA/MBA or equivalent
• Experience: Fresh – 1 Year Experience in FMCG
