Haier Pakistan is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Operations Associate to join our team at the Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize data and generate actionable customer insights to improve Salesforce productivity and effectiveness.
Support the sales team with critical planning and operational tasks aligned with business objectives.
Design and implement sales incentive programs to drive performance.
Provide pricing and contract support by preparing competitive and high-quality proposals.
Monitor and analyze key sales and business performance indicators to enable strategic decision-making.
Ensure adoption and compliance of sales processes across teams.

Requirements:
Education: MBA / BBA
Experience: 1–2 years in a relevant role (experience in Home Appliances/Electronics preferred)
