Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the VP of Buying, you will lead the buying team responsible for our Monobrands and ensure clear communication and direction on the buying strategies for the brands within the portfolio, and work with the buying managers to ensure best in class assortments are delivered and exciting but profitable ranges are developed.
- This role will ensure that the teams are all working in conjunction with the principle brands buying strategy, the needs of the customer and the ultimate direction of the buying division.
Requirements:
- You ideally will have 10 years’ experience, 5 of those being in a similar leadership role, preferably having looked after both luxury and lifestyle brands.
- You will be an expert in buying and merchandising product lifecycle, wholesale and/or franchise buying.
- Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and awareness of up-to-date market trends, strong knowledge of global buying & merchandising best practices and excellent market knowledge.
