Flow has partnered with a leading bank who are hiring a Head of Corporate Banking to be based in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the strategic direction and business plan for the wholesale banking division, in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of the bank.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, expanding the client base, and optimizing the product and service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance business development opportunities and promote the organisation’s brand in the wholesale banking market.
  • Establish and enforce robust risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate potential risks associated with lending, investment, and other wholesale banking activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in wholesale banking, corporate banking, or related financial services, with a proven track record of success in leadership positions.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, banking products, and wholesale banking operations.
