Head of Digital Transformation and Technology Jobs In Dubai UAE | Recruin | Hiring for Web3 & Tech

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Transformation and Technology (HDTT)to join our team and help drive our digital transformation efforts. The HDTT will be responsible for developing and implementing our technology strategy to support our business goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will be a digital transformation expert with a special focus on automation and AI. The HDTT will work closely with senior management to identify and implement technology solutions that improve workflow efficiency, reduce costs, and create new revenue opportunities. In addition, the HDTT will be responsible for leading the development of our technology roadmap and ensuring that our technology infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy to support business goals and objectives

• Lead the digital transformation efforts, with a special focus on automation and AI

• Identify and implement technology solutions that improve workflow efficiency, reduce costs, and create new revenue opportunities

• Lead the development of the technology roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with business objectives and priorities

• Ensure that the technology infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable

• Oversee the development and implementation of new software and technology systems

• Manage and mentor the technology team, ensuring that they have the skills and resources necessary to meet business requirements

• Keep up-to-date with emerging technology trends and identify opportunities for the company to leverage new technologies to enhance its services and operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Proven experience as a Head of Technology or in a similar senior technology leadership role

• Strong experience with digital transformation and automation, including AI and machine learning • Knowledge and deep understanding of Salesforce CRM Platform

• Experience in developing and implementing technology strategies that support business objectives • Experience with SaaS-based solutions and cloud-based architectures

• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, practices, and tools

• Excellent leadership and people management skills
