Head of HR – brokerage firm Job In Dubai UAE | Swisslinx

On behalf of our client, a leading FX brokerage firm, Swisslinx Middle East is looking for an experienced Head of HR to join their offices in Dubai.
In this key role you will be managing the Group’s Human Resources teams and reporting directly to the senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing new HR strategies, procedures
• Managing all areas of HR operations talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning & development, insurances and others
• Ensuring that all operations are compliant with HR policies and procedures
• Supporting strong employee relations, overlooking career development

Requirements:\

• 7- 15 years of relevant experience in HR, with at least 3-5 years in team management position
• Experience working in international firm and managing cross border teams
• Track record in Developing and Implementing new HR strategies, procedures and HR organization for a firm at a global scale
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field is required
• Excellent English and Arabic language skills will be a plus, both written & verbal
• CIPD certification is an advantage
