Job Responsibilities:

• Set a vision for the Innovation function and future product development based on knowledge of latest trends within fintech industry locally and globally.
• Create an associated roadmap to deliver on this vision through transformation efforts including, new product development and fintech integration.
• Manage the identification, shaping and delivery of the Innovation Team’s portfolio of Innovation and Fintech projects.
• Oversee internal Innovation and Fintech events and activities.
• Represent the firm at internal and external Innovation and Fintech forums and with VC’s, Accelerators, Client Partners, Technology companies, internal stakeholders, etc.
• Provide Innovation thought leadership both in terms of how to build, evolve, and run a best in class Innovation and Fintech operating model, as well as in terms of how Innovation and Fintech teams can leverage emerging technologies to meet business needs
• Support the Innovation team with end-to-end delivery across the innovation portfolio
• Manage end-to-end delivery of defined projects and initiatives as part of the Innovation Portfolio
• Conduct strategy development, use case definitions and opportunity scoping
• Perform discovery of new vendors and solutions, capability assessments and fit for purpose analysis
• Support opportunity delivery from proof of concept / pilots to product launch and scale
• Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the broader team while overseeing digital strategy delivery to enable the organization to embrace “H3” opportunities
