Responsibilities:

• Ensure that safety procedures are followed and immediately notifies Security of any accident or injury.
• Work closely with the F&B department to ensure guest F&B orders for spa guests.
• Work closely with Housekeeping department/Florist to keep the area meticulously clean and fresh.
• The ability to supplement deep cleaning performed by Housekeeping by touching up sinks, counters, floors and other areas as necessary.
• perform monthly linen inventory.
• Monitor daily linen deliveries from laundry and reports any variances to Spa manager.

Requirements:

• Knowledgeable about amenities, equipment, retail products, treatments, packages.
• Provide information about spa and fitness special current promotions to hotel guests, residents and fitness members.
• Read and write in the log book/provide hand over to keep other team members apprized of information and situations.
• Ensures that spa management is promptly informed about all details in case of any glitch.
• Handle lost and found items.
