Responsibilities

• Repair and replace damaged or worn parts.
• Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers’.
• Clean parts by spraying them with grease solvent or immersing them in tanks of solvent.
• Adjust, maintain, and repair or replace subassemblies, such as transmissions and crawler heads, using hand tools, jacks, and ;
• Adjust and maintain industrial machinery, using control and regulating devices.
• Fabricate needed parts or items from sheet metal.
• Direct workers who are assembling or disassembling equipment or cleaning parts.
• Checking the machine’s technical condition before mobilization.
• Communicate with the supplier any related machine issue.
• Manage and coordinate with the supplier mechanic for machine breakdown,
• Strong personality with excellent technical background.
• Good experience for engine cooling system flushing.

Requirements

• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• In-depth knowledge of industry and its place on the market
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Excellent conflict-resolution and decision-making abilities
• Fluent communication, reading and writing in English
• UAE driving license
• High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree would be a plus
• At least 3 years’ worth of experience in the field
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Strict adherence to company standards and safety procedures
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Bonus points if you have experience in the freight and transport industry and able to communicate fluently in Urdu
