Highpoint Ventures (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for an “Area Sales Manager” to join its team!

Key Responsibilities:
· Achieve and perhaps even surpass the monthly/quarterly sales targets set for stores.
· Study sales reports, customer traffic statistics, and conversion rates so as to spot the weak areas that need to be improved.
· Carry out local advertising and promotional activities which would result in increased sales.
· Keep stock levels precise and steer clear of both stockouts and excess inventory.
· Take care of customer complaints and make sure that customer satisfaction is very high.
· Collaborate with HR on the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of retail staff.

Eligibility Criteria:
· Sales, Marketing, or Business Bachelor’s Degree
· 3–5 years retail sales experience with a preference for fashion
· Successful history of sales and target achievement
· Knowledge of CRM applications and sales performance metrics

Eligibility Criteria:

• You must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or a business education degree along with a DAE (Civil) certificate.
• A minimum of four to six years’ experience in the managerial or semi-managerial field of construction, maintenance, and reputable organization with a retail business background is necessary.
• He/she should be an expert in negotiations, and have very good knowledge of costing, budgeting, and vendor management.

Major Job Duties:

• Implementing the necessary measures, scheduling, or direct supervision of all project activities related to construction and maintenance would meet the set time limits.
• Estimate the budget and submit reports on the progress or the cost of the project tracking.
• Manage staff and workers related to the project along with the suppliers and contractors.
• Write contracts or re-negotiate terms and conditions to the existing contract with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors.
• Make plans, organize, or manage the processes that involve the construction or the maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, or any other systems.
• Talk to the supervising staff, owners, contractors, or architects to clear and settle issues like work methods, grievances, or problems regarding construction and maintenance.
