Highpoint Ventures (Pvt) Ltd. (Hopscotch & Carom) a kids wear brand operating since 2014, having a presence in the major cities of Pakistan, is looking for a “Customer Care Executive” to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Responding to customers inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, live chat, and social media in a timely, professional manner.
  •  Helping customers with placing an order, tracking shipments, returns/exchanges, or solving payment or delivery issues.
  •  Providing full product details including size, fit, fabric, and styling.
  •  Properly handling customer complaints and ensuring resolution found for customer.
  • Work with the warehouse and logistic teams to track deliveries and shipments.
  •  Maintain customer records and transaction history using the CRM software.
  •  Collect customer feedback and share with the backup team for valuable insights to improve the service or product offering.
  •  Keep up to date on brand policy, promotions, and product launches to provide informed responses to customers.

Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  •  A minimum of 1-2 years in customer service, preferably e-commerce, retail or, fashion environment.
  • Experienced using a CRM software, E-store platforms (Shopify), Ginkgo, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and social media for   customer engagement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
