Highpoint Ventures (Pvt) Ltd. (Hopscotch & Carom) a kids wear brand operating since 2014, having a presence in the major cities of Pakistan, is looking for the “SAP B1 Data Entry operator” to join its team:

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update Purchase Orders (POs), RFQs, and vendor quotations in SAP B1.
• Maintain and update vendor master data including supplier profiles, contact details, payment terms, and delivery lead times.
• Assist in tracking open POs, delivery schedules, and vendor performance metrics using SAP-generated reports.
• Ensure accurate mapping of items, UOMs, and vendor codes related to fabric, trims, accessories, or other sourced materials.
• Support the Sourcing team with real-time data inputs for price comparisons, cost sheets, and budget forecasts.
• Coordinate with the purchasing, inventory, and finance teams to ensure data consistency and alignment across modules.
• Identify and correct any data discrepancies or entry errors in coordination with the teams.
• Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly procurement reports as per business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualification: Bachelors.
1–2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One (B1).
Good understanding of sourcing and procurement processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data organization and basic analysis.
