Job Description:

Highpoint Ventures Pvt Ltd. is looking for an experienced Merchandiser to oversee both in-house and outsourced production for our knit, woven, and denim categories. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, on-time delivery, and maintaining close coordination with vendors to meet timelines, while working closely with the quality team to ensure standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee in-house production and outsourced production of knit, woven and denim products.
• Work with suppliers, vendors, and production teams to complete orders on time.
• Strong vendor follow up to hit timelines for production.
• Work with quality team to ensure quality standards are being met throughout production.
• Partner with design and development team to meet production timelines.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers while searching for new sources.
• Manage production costs and budgets to run efficiently.
• Required Skills:
• 2 to 3 years merchandising experience in adult and kids wear.
• Strong knit, woven, and denim fabrics knowledge and awareness.
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up on tasks.
• Proven ability to manage in-house and outsourced production.
• Strong work ethic to deliver results while working under pressure.
