Position : Sr. Officer / Executive – Internal Audit

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CIA, ACCA part-qualified, or CA Intermediate preferred)
1–3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector
Strong analytical and auditing skills with hands-on experience in operational and compliance audits
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)
Willingness to travel frequently for audit assignments across regions or nationwide

Key Responsibilities:

• Go check out warehouses, distributors, shops, and random market spots in person—don’t just take anyone’s word for it. Double-check sales numbers, actual stock, how cash is handled, and whether those customer invoices line up. Basically, make sure everyone’s playing by the company’s rules (and SOPs, if you’re fancy).
• Don’t trust the computer blindly—compare what the system says is in stock to what’s actually there. Notice anything weird? Like stuff missing, damaged, expired, or just not adding up? Flag it. Same goes for claims, credit limits, discounts, and all those promo deals—dig in and see if they’re legit.
• Keep an eye on whether everyone’s following company policies, obeying the law, and handling their tax docs right. Snoop around operating expenses too—fuel, rent, utilities, random allowances. Spot anything fishy or padded? Call it out.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and audit methodologies
Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability
Effective communication and report-writing skills
Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Ability to work independently and travel extensively for audit engagements

Location: Field-Based (Frequent travel to Warehouses, Distributors, Factories, and Regional Offices)

Qualification & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CIA, ACCA part-qualified, or CA Intermediate preferred)
· 1–3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing environments
· Exposure to labor and employee relations, especially in unionized or labor-intensive setups
· Experience in operational audits across departments is highly desirable
· Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)

Key Responsibilities:

• But there’s a big spotlight on Employee & Labor Relations (ER/LR). That’s your bread and butter. You’ll be double-checking if the place is playing by the rules—stuff like EOBI, Social Security, WPPF, SESSI. Basically, making sure no one’s skirting labor laws. And don’t forget about all the contractor and third-party labor drama. You’ll need a magnifying glass for that mess.
• Hiring, overtime, shift swaps, wage math—yeah, you’re deep in that too. Plus, keeping tabs on how they handle discipline, complaints, and all that paperwork that no one likes to do. Oh, and worker perks like canteens, medical, housing—if the place offers it, you need to check it.
• You’ll sniff out risks, spot stuff that’s not up to scratch, and call out any holes in the system. Plan out your audits, whip up checklists, figure out procedures—using whatever rules and standards are hanging over your head. When you find something, don’t sugarcoat it.
• Then, chase down departments to make sure they actually fix things. Timely, too. No slacking. And
• Your feedback matters, so you’ll push for better policies based on whatever you dig up. Oh, and don’t get too comfy—labor laws and industry rules change all the time. You gotta stay sharp and keep up.

Required Skills & Competencies:
· Strong understanding of Pakistan’s labor laws, labor regulations, and employee rights
· Knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks
· Detail-oriented with strong analytical and investigative skills
· Excellent report writing, documentation, and presentation abilities
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of staff
· High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
