We are looking for a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to support product innovation, research activities, and development of new and improved food products aligned with business and consumer needs.

Position: Executive Innovation, Research & Development (IRD)

Department: Innovation Research & Development

Location: Karachi (Factory)

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in FMCG, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Experience in product development, trials, and documentation will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Helping to create and improve new and existing food products.

   

• Conducting laboratory and pilot trials, testing formulas, methods and ingredients.

   

• Preparing and maintaining product recipes, formulas and technical documents.

   

• Tasting products, checking shelf life and stability.

   

• Maintaining R&D records, reports and data, to be ready for audits and certification.

Skills & Competencies

• Good understanding of food formulas and preparation methods.

   

• Ability to analyze and solve problems.

   

• Must be able to conduct experiments and understand the results.
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple trials
