We are hiring Key Account Manager – Institutional/Tender Business

Role Overview

• Company: Hoechst Pakistan Ltd.
• Reporting to: Institutional Business Lead
• Location: Multan
• Contract Type: Permanent

Key Accountabilities

• Submit tenders** and submit them on time.
• Maintain good relations with public and private institutions/hospitals**.
• Achieve sales targets** and increase existing business.
• Determine company pricing on discounts.
• Conduct product presentations in collaboration with marketing and medical team**.
• Identify sales opportunities** and monitor competitors.
• Order and stock** and coordinate with distributor.
• Monitor distributor performance** and collect pending payments.
• Maintain team communication** and update daily reports.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Graduate or Bachelors in Pharmacy.
• Min. 5-8 years of experience.
• In depth knowledge and understanding of Institutional & Tender Business management.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
