Brand Manager/ Sr. Brand Manager

Key Accountabilities

Develop unique marketing and promotional strategies and ensure they achieve their objectives.
Consider existing market trends and adjust strategies to adapt to changing customer needs with the ultimate goal of increasing market share.
Proactively identify and segment different markets to develop innovative strategies to become a brand leader in the category.
Coordinate effectively with team members and functions.
Perform product and therapeutic area assessments and sales assessments.
Create or deliver brand presentations for internal/external customers.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

Educational Qualification: Pharm D or preferably an MBA. Knowledge of Marketing concepts and the capacity to develop strategic brand plan and campaign planning. 6-8 years of experience in a related field. Prior experience in Antibiotics segment. Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills along with creative/innovative thinking. Analytical, problem solving. Willingness to travel nationally extensively.
