1- Host Nation Liaison Assistant
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Description:

The purpose of the role is to prepare, facilitate, coordinate and administer access management systems for Serco staff at the Military Base where the MELABS contract operates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Management of base access passes and processes
• Stakeholder relations
• Ensuring Serco and its subcontractors’ staff are appropriately cleared for access to specified Military Compounds , as required
• Development, implementation, and ongoing management of the Base Access SOP including a BaseAccess Register and Liaison with HN Security Forces
• Perform duties as assigned by the Contract Service Delivery Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant field
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in an easily understood format.
• In-depth ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
