Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the cleanliness of the corridors frequented by the guests as well as those of the residences, vacuum and dust them.
• Check that mirrors, furniture, floors, elevators and doors are clean, without marks.
• Ensure the cleanliness of halls, service elevators, stairwells and laundry rooms by sweeping, mopping and dusting.
• Bring clean linen carts to bedroom floors.
• Stock linen rooms and closets with supplies and amenities every day.
• Empty trash cans and pick up dirty lingerie lying on the floor in the bedrooms.
• Assist housekeeping staff as required. Assist in moving beds and furniture, turning mattresses, removing or hanging veils and draperies.
• Bring and deliver on time items requested by guests, such as irons, ironing boards, cribs and portable beds.
• Adhere to Four Seasons Category One and Category Two work rules and standards of conduct as set forth in the employee handbook.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
• Perform any other related task requested by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in housekeeping or maintenance in a luxury hotel is ideal.
• Knowledge of the various products and machines used is an asset.
• Be able to push, pull, lift and carry loads up to 23 kg (50 lb).
• The position requires fluency, reading and writing in English and French.
• Ability to work all shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends and nights)
• Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are important.
