✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Help with candidate sourcing and screening
• Schedule and arrange interviews and related follow-up
• Support the onboarding and orientation efforts
• Assist with HR records and HR database maintenance
• Participate in an employee engagement initiative
• Develop insights and provide support into HR operations and policies 
  

  🎓 Qualifications:

   

• Recent BBA/MBA graduate specializing in HR
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and demonstrate initiative
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and other basic HR tools and applications
