This role will be based in Dubai Air Navigation Services (DANS), where you will be supporting all departments within DANS.

Job Responsibilities

a) Develop effective talent management strategies to help identify the specific skills, experience and qualities required from new hires, ensuring the recruitment process is efficient and effective. Ensuring employees feel valued, supported and invested in helping the organization enhance its reputation and employer brand and attract and retain talent
b) Attracting employees with the right skills and competencies in the right positions to maximize their contribution to the organization, resulting in improved productivity and organizational performance. Creating a culture of performance excellence, to support the organization achieve better results, gaining a competitive advantage
c) Working with leaders and managers to recruit and retain high potential employees to assume key roles in the organization in the future. Supporting and working closely with succession management to ensure that critical positions can be filled quickly, minimizing disruptions to business operations which guarantees business continuity
d) Support the development and implementation of annual and monthly manpower planning ensure the achievement of all business needs and KPI’s.

Job Requirements

a) Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
b) Psychometric assessor level B (preferred)
c) Job Evaluation qualification (preferred)
d) A minimum of five (5) years experience in talent acquisition within ANS or similar
