Job Responsibilities:
- Foster relationships with business leaders to ensure the organisation is meeting its global goals
- Position HR as a key area of the business
- Implement new policies and procedures seamlessly
- Act as a change agent, challenging the status quo, and develop best practice solutions

Job Requirements:
- Extensive HR Generalist experience built up within a global business
- Experience managing remote stakeholders
- Proven Middle East experience
- Ability to lead on process improvement and manage change effectively
- Comfortable with a high-volume workload
- Flexible with a willingness to proactively roll up your sleeves
