Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general information to employees and services as primary contact for employees.
  • Supports the new hire onboarding process including managing documentation, internal preparations, system changes, coordinating with PRO’s and point person to field new hire questions.
  • Liaise with HR team and run day-to-day HR operations and employee relations matters.
  • Assist in updating as well as administering the execution of HR policies, procedures and process and handling employee queries.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in HR preferably in a multinational environment
  • Working knowledge of UAE/ Gulf Countries employment law is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook)
