1- HR Coordinator
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Description:
Under the guidance of the Human Resources Manager within the limits of Sofitel Dubai the Obelisk policies and procedures; assist and provide assistance for all employees in the property. Contribute to the desired work culture around the mission of Sofitel Dubai the Obelisk.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure new colleague process is completed for the new hires; visa application, prepare medical documents for municipality scheduling, residence visa application, ID card, bank account, all necessary document.
- Follow through recruitment process; issue contracts to new colleagues, correspondence with the application, update the status of applicant with concern department and ensure the procedure are documented.
- Conducts HR induction for new colleagues
- Sends out status change notification to concerned departments
- Conduct and collate all exit interview feedback for L1 colleagues.
Job Requirements:
- Post secondary school education
- Previous experience in a similar HR role is desirable within a 5 star hotel
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels
