Job Responsibilities:
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues – Assist in the recruitment procedures.
- Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
- Coordinate and deliver all financial statements, attendance and HR Paperwork related to the employees’ change of status and correspondence to Finance Department on time.
- Conduct investigations, resolve complaints and ensure statutory compliance to the labor law procedures in regards to work conduct and organization.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met and ready for any upcoming audits such as : health certificate, change of status, probation period and contract renewal.
- Assist in administering the Governmental Relations with the concerned officials. – Assist in the recruitment procedures.
