Job Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, writing JD, sourcing, shortlisting, headhunting, interviewing, etc., and 2+ years as an HR Generalist
- Prior experience in a tech startup is a must
- Strong knowledge of general and international HR best practices and regulations
- Highly proficient with HR technology and automation tools
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised and take ownership of responsibilities and multiple tasks independently
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, and flexible to adapt quickly to change
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with employees at all levels
