Key responsibilities include:
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retaining of employees
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes
- Maintain accurate HR records and administer existing HR system
- Implement learning and development policy.
- Manage talent and succession planning.
- Bridge managers and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages
- Process payroll and administer payroll records
Successful applicants will have/be
- Proven working experience as HR manager or HR Business Partner
- Local middle east experience is a much and Arabic language is an advantage
- People oriented, energetic, agile and hands on
- Highly collaborative and team player
- Person who can deal with complex structure
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
