Job Description
We are currently looking for a passionate and committed HR specialist and will be in-charge of sourcing and mobilizing candidates for the resort, the overall recruitment process, on boarding and overlooking the accommodation team. Extensive experience in mass recruitment is a key. He/She will develop and establish proactive HR function that actively supports the hotel in achieving its business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Human Resources/ Commerce or Hotel Management
- A minimum experience of 5 years as HR generalist and two years’ experience at managerial level handling recruitment in a 5* hotel.
- Proven track record of strong recruitment network, excellent time management, leadership and organizational skills.
