RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all immigration/visa requirements for the company, including dealing with TECOM for new employee visas, work permits renewals, transfers, cancellations
- Liase and manage outsourced training vendors, government bodies/ authorities and ensure compliance to licensing requirements
- Handle day-to-day HR operations across the company including employee contracts, office administration, expense management, employee bank account opening
- Provide administrative support in processing payroll including addition of new joiner salary and bank details, leave inputs
- Handle accurate and efficient tracking of leave on HR portal and cross verify leave balances
- Support all aspects of onboarding process including HR Inductions/orientation and joining formalities
- Respond to employees’ queries and provide clarification on policies and Labour Law
- Ensure HR information relating to records and files are accurate, up to date and maintained confidentially
- Maintain and update HR portals (Success Factor – HR Share point ) and ensure timely and accurate availability of HR information
- Liaise with external benefits providers and coordinate training with external training vendors
- Assist with planning and execution of employee engagement activities such as employee wellbeing initiatives, staff teambuilding events
- Assist HRBP with administration of performance reviews, learning & development and other strategic roll-outs.
- Handling the administrative aspects of employee census management for Medical, Life Insurance policy and coordinate with Insurance vendor for claim administration.
- Collect employee questions, concerns, and suggestions and consolidate them in HR improvement projects.
- Coordinate the exit process for departing employees.
Requirements
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree/ Cert/ Diploma in Human Resources
- 3-5 years in good understanding of visa/immigration formalities and end-to-end HR operations cycle from recruiting to offboarding
