Job Responsibilities:
- Under the directions of HSEQ Head-Retail and in coordination with the Sr. Technical Manager-Retail, lead the development and implementation of the HSE Retail Project Safety Management System based on the ENOC GHSE Guidelines in this regard.
- Monitor & track the HSE performance of Retail Projects as per the set KPI`s, analyze trends and recommend appropriate corrective measures for continuous improvements.
- Develop and communicate the Retail Projects HSE policies, procedures, standards and best industry practices to fulfil the requirements of the Retail HSE Projects Safety MS.
- Arrange for the regular HSE audits of all Retail Projects by ENOC GHSE or any other stakeholders as & when required
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree as a minimum, preferably in any technical discipline.
- Work Experience: At least 3 to 4 years of experience in construction safety fields.
- Behavioral & Functional Competencies: Good communication and presentation skills are required. Knowledge of Office Automation products (MS XL, Word, & PowerPoint) is required.
