Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all the ad trafficking drama and keep campaigns running smooth in Google Ad Manager. Tweak the whole programmatic mess—AdX, header bidding, SSPs, DSPs, the works—to squeeze every last cent out of eCPM. Babysit direct campaigns (yeah, those fun IOs), which means juggling trafficking, making sure pacing doesn’t go off the rails, putting out brand safety fires, and doing a ton of reporting.

   

• Stay on top of all the Google Publisher rules, Better Ads nonsense, and keep those ads.txt and app-ads.txt files squeaky clean. Pull together monthly revenue reports across the board—Web, YouTube, Facebook, you name it—and then play nice with Finance to make sure the numbers actually add up.

   

• Work side-by-side with the Product and Tech folks to get the site ready, battle ad latency, and keep Core Web Vitals from tanking. Oh, and when vendors or Google (or those delightful SSPs) start acting up? I’m the one wrangling all the chaos and getting things back on track.

Key Competencies:

• Got a Bachelor’s in, like, Business, Analytics, CS, Marketing, Media—basically anything in that ballpark. Been grinding in digital ad ops or yield at a publisher or network for 5+ years (and yeah, at least 3 of those years actually getting my hands dirty in GAM, not just watching from the sidelines).

   

• Pretty deep into programmatic stuff, direct IO wrangling, and squeezing every last drop of revenue with ninja-level yield hacks. I know my way around GA4, Looker or Data Studio, and all those ad verification tools (IAS, MOAT, DV—you name it). Not my first rodeo with financial reconciliation either.

   

• Oh, and I speak both Urdu and English, and I can actually talk to stakeholders without making their eyes glaze over.
