QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CMA Inter, CA Inter, ACCA, MBA Finance, M.COM

EXPERIENCE 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Keep an eye on tax stuff—think withholdings, payments, the whole reconciling mess. Gotta make sure the numbers add up, and costs actually land where they’re supposed to. Don’t let the GL (general ledger, for the uninitiated) get outta whack.

Pump out invoices, whip up reports, and knock out those monthly bank recs like a pro. Oh, and when vendors start acting up or payments go MIA? You’re on it. Same goes for audit and compliance—help out when the heat’s on.

You’ll be sifting through vendor bills, checking employees’ expense claims (yes, even that suspiciously high lunch tab), and managing the petty cash (don’t lose the receipts, seriously). Keep the files neat, or at least not a complete disaster.

Key Competencies:

– Scanning and organizing financial stuff, fast.
– Tag-teaming with the finance crew when audit time rolls around or compliance folks come knocking.
– Crunching numbers for reports and analyses—just like the Finance Manager likes it.
