What you’ll actually do:

– Jump in and help whip up cool “Life at HUM” content, whether that’s for our own crew or showing off what we’re all about to the outside world.
– Tackle some of the less-glamorous-but-super-important stuff: organizing docs, making sure employee files don’t turn into a hot mess, that sort of thing.
– Tag along with the HR squad—think of it as a backstage pass to employee experience and all our engagement projects. You’ll learn a ton, probably by osmosis and a few awkward coffee chats.
– Pitch in with event planning, emails, Slack messages, and whatever else it takes to keep HR’s wheels turning. Sometimes that means wrangling calendars or just keeping everyone in the loop.

What you gotta bring:

– An eagle eye for details—because when it comes to paperwork, nobody wants a “close enough” situation.
– Can actually communicate with humans, not just send bland emails. Internal, external, whatever—we need someone who can get the point across without putting people to sleep.
– A bit of creative flair—don’t be afraid to pitch fun ideas for our content or try something new.
– Ready to jump in, ask questions, shadow the team, and basically soak up everything like a human sponge. If you’re not pumped to learn, this probably isn’t your scene.
