Job Key Details:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews as well as conducting reference checks
- Support the implementation and administration of performance appraisal processes
- Coordinate performance review schedules, collect feedback and generate performance reports as required
- Work with managers to address performance-related issues and develop improvement plans
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the timely filling of vacant positions
- Support new employee onboarding and orientation activities
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies as well as procedures
- Maintain HR databases and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Prepare HR-related documents including employment contracts, offer letters as well as termination letters
- Stay up-to-date with the UAE labor laws, regulations as well as HR best practices to ensure compliance
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies as well as procedures
- Support HR audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes
- Assist in maintaining employee records, including personal information, attendance as well as performance evaluations
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts
- Undertake any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field of study
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment required
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies as well as the UAE labor laws
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
- Should be able to work independently and as part of a team and must have a proactive and customer-focused minds
