Job Responsibilities:
- Administering, coordinating, and communicating all activities related to government relations’ process of new visas, renewals, visa cancellations and work permits
- Responsible for accuracy of all documentation in line with governmental rules, regulations, and company policies and procedures
- Maintaining up to date personal & online files to ensure efficiency and compliance with Human Resources standards
- Planning and scheduling medical and biometrics appointments
- Responsible for medical insurance enrollment / deletion / amendment and yearly renewals for colleagues
- Recording the Joiners’ salary, title and start date details
- Recording the Leavers’ last working day and other details
- Tracking and managing employee absences and updating the Finance Department at the payroll cut-off
- Responsible for accuracy and maintenance of attendance in HRMS
- Managing the leave administration to ensure accurate record keeping and have colleagues avail their leave entitlements smoothly in HRMS
- Responsible for accuracy and approvals of overtime as per company policies and procedures
- Responsible for monthly payroll inputs processing & attendance
- Communicating with the Finance Department when necessary to update payroll details (bank details, start date etc.)
- Maintaining up to date bank details to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Issuing salary certificates, employment certificates, bank NOCs, pay slips, End of Service Settlement letters and other required documents when requested
- Coordinating, updating, and maintaining matters relating to compensation and benefits needs
- Interfacing with management and colleagues to determine appropriate policies and procedures
- Remaining up to date on policies and procedures as per the UAE Labor Law and business trends
- Initiating, coordinating, and developing special projects and reports
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned by Management
Job Requirements:
- Full English proficiency is required
- Additional spoken languages are a plus
- Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office
- Experience with government relations activities
- Good knowledge of UAE labor legislation
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or relevant subjects preferred
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
