Responsibilities
  • Prepare business letters related to employee’s offer and appointment letter, service agreement, allowances, request for evidence, transfer related documentation etc. and provide required information.
  • Prepare the Off-boarding process such as exit interview, EOS calculation, preparation of experience & releasing of relieving letters and other cancellation documents to ensure a smooth exit and final settlement process.
  • Prepare all necessary documents and information required for new visa processing.
  • Online process for new visa, visa renewals, visa cancellation, status change, change profession etc.
  • Coordinate with PRO for Labour and immigration process.
  • Medical examination and EID at the appropriate time.

Requirement
  • Support for renewal of passports on time.
  • Process and follow-up of Resignation / Termination for visa cancellation.
  • Update employee details in HRMS and personal file.
  • Generate payroll for the staff / workers based on the attendance and overtime.
  • Update HR reports for the payroll
  • Process of Leave Application, leave settlement, records updates and arrangement of air tickets, re-joining formalities.
  • Keeping track of the daily attendance of staff and workers, Daily/ weekly/ monthly basis.
  • Provide entire staff / workers medical insurance, Workmen compensation, timely process of addition / deletions and renewal of Insurance card, Insurance Claims etc.
