Responsibilities:

• Align the needs and service scope by working closely with People and Communication Director and the center of excellence teams
• Provide leadership and develop the operations teams from payroll to the local generalist and administration colleagues
• Drive initiatives that continuously aim to improve the experience and effectiveness of the local people operations teams
• Harmonize the local people processes and practices and seeking ways to increase the scale
• Manage processes within the people function with end to end development
• Be a leader of change management
• Demonstrate in dependability and be able to work

Requirements:

• M.Sc. or Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 6-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in multinational company
• Business experience is an asset
• Fluency of English + knowledge of one additional area language is an asset
• Be able to travel when needed
