Position: Executive – Customer Relations
Role Overview:
- A professional with extensive customer service experience (preferably within the automotive sector) is needed to provide backup and take care of the call center and the dealer’s customer relations department communication.
- The customer-first approach to query handling will ensure efficiency.
- It is extremely necessary to possess excellent social skills, effective communication, and data analysis capabilities.
- A good knowledge of the processes in the automotive dealership Sales and After-Sales will be an extra point for an applicant.
Qualifications:
- BBA / MBA.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 02 to 03 years working experience in customer relations management (fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply).
- Superb communication skills (both written and oral).
- Ability to report and present.
- Proficient in computer (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) applications.

Position : Executive – Production Planning
Job Summary: We are searching for a proactive and meticulous person who will take on the responsibility of creating, supervising, and managing the production schedule to guarantee the flawless and swift functioning of the whole organization according to its goals. One of the main tasks of this position is to improve the production flow in such a way as to raise the efficiency, to prepare the reports on production that are both accurate and easy to understand, and to make the power, the materials, and the machines used in the process, profitable. The person hired will also be in constant communication with the supply chain and various departments to make sure that the necessary parts are available on time, production is not interrupted, and the company achieves its goal of excellence in operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Administration
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience in planning and operations.
- Proficient in ERP Systems (SAP PP and MM Modules).
- Experienced in supply chain and inventory management.
- Very good command of Microsoft (Word, Excel, and Power point).
- Capable of data analysis and reporting.
