Position: AM – Maintenance & Projects

Job Description

• HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Oil-free air compressors and steam boilers.

• Chilled water systems and effluent treatment plants.

• LPG plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Checking drawings, specifications, BOQs and working methods related to data.
• Ensuring that all work complies with quality and safety standards.
• Monitoring progress and cost of mechanical works.
• Assist in troubleshooting and improving utility systems.
• Prepare technical reports, work progress updates, and project documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: BSc/MSc Engineering – Mechanical.
• Experience: 5-8 year(s) of relevant experience in utilities maintenance and project execution.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical utility systems maintenance; experience in project management, site execution, and commissioning.
• Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of project management tools is an advantage).
