Key Responsibilities:

• Dealing with leasing companies, arranging/terminating new and existing leases, paying monthly rental and book keeping.
• Preparation of FS, arranging payments and book keeping.
• Preparation and payment of Provident Fund Loans and maintaining records in SAP and files.
• Providing support to stakeholders/team members.
