ICI Pakistan Ltd is hiring a Maintenance Officer (Mechanical) for our Soda Ash Business based at our Khewra Plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance of HSE&S procedures and Skill improvement plan in Power House Maintenance.
• Sound Knowledge and expertise in Routine Maintenance & Overhauling of Rotary equipment including Multi stage centrifugal pumps, compressors and Steam Turbines.
• Effective utilization of maintenance teams and resources.
• Formation and execution of maintenance regimes and Root cause failure analysis.
• Maintain spares inventory for Critical machines (Pumps, Gears, Turbines and Compressors) to meet targeted equipment availability.
• Effective utilization of Capex and CRE (Revenue expenditure, Inventory & Manpower Overtime).
• Execution of improvement projects.

Other Skills:

• Multitasking and able to manage various teams at a time
• Basic computer skills like Microsoft Office, SAP, and Outlook etc.
• Sound Knowledge of Engineering standards and codes
