IGI is looking for a proactive HR specialist to join us on a contractual basis! If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and working with people, this could be your next move.

What you’ll do:
Lead Talent Acquisition efforts: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
Handle core HR Operations (onboarding, etc.)
Support employee engagement initiatives to keep the team motivated

What we’re looking for:
1–3 years of solid HR experience in those areas
Degree in BBA with HR major or a related field
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
