Position: Manager Marketing

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, events, print, social).
• Oversee content creation: messaging, collateral, web copy, email campaigns.
• Analyze marketing initiatives’ performance; measure ROI and optimize for results.
• Build and manage the marketing budget.
• Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver projects on time.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services or insurance.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
