WE ARE HIRING: Chief Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire & safety).
• Lead and supervise engineering team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage departmental budgets, energy-saving initiatives, and cost-control measures.
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations and guest services.
• Liaise with external contractors and vendors for repairs, installations, and inspections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and manage the housekeeping team to maintain outstanding guest room and public area standards. Develop and implement cleaning procedures, schedules, and quality control measures. Ensure efficient inventory management of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities. Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for smooth room operations. Uphold hotel brand standards and ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety guidelines. Monitor guest feedback and take corrective actions to enhance service quality. Manage departmental budgets and cost control without compromising quality.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or related field. Proven experience in a housekeeping leadership role, preferably within a hotel environment.

• Manage departmental budgets, schedules, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the Front Office of a hotel.
