Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase the hotel’s revenue from room bookings, restaurant services, banquet and other events.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the hotel.
• Collaborate with the ‘Hotel Manager’ and the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and special offers.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance, trends, and areas for improvement.

Qualification:

• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent diploma or certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field is required.

Experience:

• 6 (six) years of experience in the Sales department of a renowned organisation(s) in the hospitality industry, including some experience in a managerial role.

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan.
