Position: Section Officer – Goods Receiving

Location: Karachi

Responsibilities:

Verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes
Ensure proper inspection for quality, damage, and expiry (where applicable)
Maintain accurate GRN (Goods Receiving Notes) and system entries
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and internal departments for discrepancies
Supervise loading/unloading and ensure proper storage practices
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred
2–4 years of experience in warehouse/logistics/retail receiving
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
Familiarity with inventory systems
Good coordination and communication skills
