Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business/Commerce/Retail Management).
• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations (experience in garments/footwear/health & beauty/Fashion Goods & Accessories is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of merchandising and inventory management.
• Good communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
