Responsibilities

• Design and provide creative direction for interior office commercial large-scale graphic applications
• Create comprehensive design layouts, direction and branding signage programs
• Provide hands-on production and project management
• Interface with Designers and clients on project needs
• Supervise and share knowledge with junior team members on project assignments as applicable
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic or Industrial Design
• 6 plus years of experience
• Strong experience in with the creation, design, development, and implementation of large scale graphic design projects
• Solid knowledge of scales and technical graphics and exceptional attention to detail
• Pro-active self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
• Proficiency in PC-based studio utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Bluebeam
• Creative thinker with energy and innovation
• Knowledge about design elements, such as color and composition
• Ability to provide excellent, consistent service to internal and external clients in a supportive and professional manner
• Ability to anticipate, identify and troubleshoot problems and recognize alternative actions.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office such as Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
