Job Responsibilities
b) To provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team
c) To ensure risks are identified and evidenced based practice is recommended and followed as per legislative, regulatory and clinical standards to ensure continuous quality improvement and to mitigate risks
d) To manage allocated clinical and non-clinical resources in a cost effective and efficient manner to enhance safe and quality patient care
Job Requirements
a) Essential: 2-3 Years’ experience working in a hospital environment as a professional healthcare practitioner
b) Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
c) Data analysis and interpretation
d) Demonstrate an understanding of the application of relevant Infection Prevention and Control principles
