Position: Information Technology Operations Manager

Key Duties:
Be the first point of contact in regard to computer hardware servicing and maintenance
Administer software licenses and ensure all systems have appropriate service or maintenance contracts
Maintain sufficient levels of general computer supplies
Keep detailed logs of computer hardware assets and records of all service calls
Manage, control and maintain computer systems configuration with records (program files and data files)
Monitor software performance and keep records of performance reports, error checks, performance-related system malfunctions and corrective actions
Establish and manage an efficient and effective structure for Rotana Service Desk (www.rotanaservicedesk.com) IT Support to provide quality service and help with business continuity in a professional manner.
Skills, Education & Experience
Candidates should be educated to degree level in Information Technology or on a related subject with IT work experience in a similar role. Strong and well-rounded knowledge in all areas of IT is essential. Significant English ability is required along with a strong understanding in architectural design of networks, and the ability to provide technical direction.
